TCPD sessions in January and February include:

Mediation- 6 hours over 3 sessions (plus 2 hours preparation time - 8 hours in total) Mandatory Ethics- 4 hours over 2 sessions (4 hours in total) Human Rights Law ( new course)- 6 hours over 3 sessions (6 hours in total) Civil Litigation- 8 hours over 4 sessions (plus 2 hours preparation time - 10 hours in total) Advocacy- 8 hours over 4 sessions (plus 2 hours individual preparation time)

You can take the courses as a stand alone element or as part of your TCPD package.
