Scots Law at the Association for Law, Property and Society Conference 2016

I am delighted to announce that there will be two panels on Scots law at the 7th Annual Meeting of the Association for Law, Property and Society (ALPS) between 20-21 May 2016. ALPS is a scholarly society seeking to encourage dialogue across and among people in many disciplines that are interested in property law, policy, and theory. Its annual meeting offers an unrivalled opportunity to experience the breadth of world-class scholarship in these fields, and meet property teachers and researchers from around the globe. This conference will take place at Queen's University, Belfast. This year is the first time the event has been held outside North America. Fulfilling the Society's aim of encouraging international dialogue, the two panels on Scots law involve academics from a range of Scottish and American universities. The details of the two panels are:
